Last updated: 2026-07-18. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to https://tools.x70.one and the free browser utilities offered by Daniel Ensminger, trading as x70 (“x70”, “we”, “us”).

1. Agreement

By using this website or any tool on it, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Service

x70 Tools provides free, client-side utilities (for example text, data, image, and PDF helpers). Processing is intended to run in your browser. The tools are provided without charge, without accounts, and without a paid subscription on this site.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape at abusive volumes, or use the tools to create or distribute unlawful content.

4. Your content

You remain responsible for any text, files, or other material you process with the tools. Do not process content you are not entitled to use. Because processing is local to your browser, we do not receive your tool inputs as part of normal operation.

5. Disclaimer

The site and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Always verify results before relying on them for important work.

6. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent (Vorsatz), gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), injury to life, body, or health, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under German law.

For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), and liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Because the tools are free, our aggregate liability for ordinary use of this site is limited accordingly, except for the mandatory cases above.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue tools or the site at any time. Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure and may be interrupted for maintenance or provider incidents.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where your explicit consent is required.
